Outrageous Success ~ A Practiced Mindset!

Since graduating, I have become fascinated with the concept of success. What does it mean and how does one become truly successful? Although the term is often defined differently for each individual, success ultimately means having the wisdom, ability and resources to achieve your dreams, hopes, wishes and goals in each important area in your life. Yet, at the root of being truly successful is acknowledging that you need to be truly committed. Plain and simple.

Based on my research (books. lectures, observations and interviews), those who are considered the most successful are committed to focusing their attention on four basic areas of success:

-Physical health and wellness
-Relationships
-Professional mastery and,
-Financial independence

Outrageous success is 95% what you think, feel, do and achieve which are largely connected to your habits. Habits are learned and formed by your beliefs, mindset and practiced behaviors.

The good news is that if habits (whether good or bad) are learned, then habits can be unlearned by learning new success-oriented habits. An outrageously successful individual is committed to improving their character, learning as much as possible, identifying areas needing growth, overcoming and managing their emotions and fears, defining goals and taking action steps to achieve them.

Creating a success-oriented mindset requires improving your ways of thinking, making healthy decisions that align with your values, purpose and destiny, and becoming proactive and effective about all actions steps you take in your life.

So, what are you practicing everyday that will propel you toward outrageous success or deter you from it?
