30 Hours and Counting - what is happening ladies?

Hello BraveHeart Sisters - what an amazing visit I am having in Los Angeles! I am filled with gratitude to be backstage on an amazing set in Hollywood - watching all the behind the scenes action that goes on. You'll never guess which set I am on.... it is a secret - but I'll give you a hint - you are all going to get to see what I am seeing very soon - The shows that are being filmed are SO incredible - you absolutely have to watch them - all of them - they are so so so good

So we just had the biggest laugh with one of Ellie's co-hosts CLAUDIA JORDAN. She shared that as a child her family was not a big hugging family and therefore she wasn't really comfortable giving nor receiving hugs. I laughed and shared with her the prescription I just gave out to all my BraveHeart Sisters - .... if you missed the blog click here and read it because it is something I sincerely hope you are all participating in. So I explained the reason for the experiment and Claudia said that despite her discomfort, she would give it a try. Now that is a BraveHeart Woman!
