One Flaw In Women

Women have strengths that amaze men.....

They bear hardships and they carry burdens, but they hold happiness, love and joy.

They smile when they want to scream.

They sing when they want to cry.

They cry when they are happy and laugh when they are nervous.

They fight for what they believe in..

They stand up to injustice.

They don't take "no" for an answer when they believe there is a better solution.

They go without so their family can have.

They go to the doctor with a frightened friend.

They love unconditionally.

They cry when their children excel and cheer when their friends get awards.

They are happy when they hear about a birth or a wedding.

Their hearts break when a friend dies.

They grieve at the loss of a family member, yet they are strong when they think there is no strength left.

They know that a hug and a kiss can heal a broken heart.

Women come in all shapes, sizes and colors.

They'll drive, fly, walk, run or e-mail you to show how much they care about you.

The heart of a woman is what makes the world keep turning.

They bring joy, hope and love.

They have compassion and ideas.

They give moral support to their family and friends.

Women have vital things to say and everything to give.

HOWEVER, IF THERE IS ONE FLAW IN WOMEN, IT IS THAT THEY FORGET THEIR WORTH.

'May today there be peace within. May you trust that you are exactly where you are meant to be. May you not forget the infinite possibilities that are born of faith in yourself and others. May you use the gifts that you have received, and pass on the LOVE that has been given to you. May you be content with yourself just the way you are. Let this knowledge settle into your bones, and allow your soul the freedom to sing, dance, praise and love. It is there for each and every one of us.'

I read this poem and had to share with my BraveHeart Sisters. Have a Happy Thanksgiving and always remember You are an Amazing BraveHeart Woman!

LET IT BE FUN !B-)
This is one of my favorite songs and I often quote/sing it to my girls. I want them to enjoy every opportunity life gives them so they don't look back with regret.

But today, Dr. Sugar, your words made me realize that I need to take the song to heart also. I may feel I've missed a few opportunities in my life, but I still have a lot of life left to live....and I need to dance!

"We should give meaning to life, not wait for life to give us meaning."

Beautiful!

What a beautiful and timely poem. Thank you for sharing. . . and for the reminder!

I especially love the final paragraph. . . I am not only letting it settle into my bones, but also letting it settle into cellular memory throughout my being!

I am worthy. You are worthy. We all are worthy.

Wishing you and yours a very blessed Thanksgiving!

Love and hugs,
Maria

Dear Dr. Sugar,

Thank you for thisI Love You*

This song so reminds me of my Dad since he passed. I swear every time I hear it I feel like he’s saying the words to me from wherever he is in the Spirit world, like he wants me to get the message of this song. Of course, it makes me cry every time, yet I’m finally getting the message.

I also love the powerful messages written here as the song plays. Especially…

Difficult times have helped me to understand better than before how Infinitely Rich and Beautiful Life IS in Every way and that so many things that one goes worrying about are of no importance whatsoever….”

And at the end when I read… “Wait! Promise me one more thing… If tomorrow you wake up feeling unoriginal or frail hearted or faithless or tired of this world, please listen to this song (or just call me).” It made me laugh thru the tears! I love it & you & this amazing community of my BraveHeart sisters. Thank you Ellie if you read this. I love you too enormously!

Thanks again Dr. Sugar :-x

Have a Beautiful & Very Happy Thanksgiving!

You’re the best & I love You*
