Make sure you ask for help if you need it today. Others might not notice right away if something is bothering you. You may find help where you least expect it.

If you are in a situation where you are being called on for help, use discernment. You'll be able to tell if it's a situation you should lend your energy to.

...Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares. Hebrews 13:2
