thank you Ellie for starting this conversation - I like so many others am grateful you chose 'evolving' instead of 'resolving' - there is so much more positive and active power in the construction of 'evolving'. this year as i blossom and become more of my core self, as i befriend myself, as i gently reach out to stay connected with myself and others, i will be myself with all company as i now see myself as having grown into an amazing woman of worth respectfully submitted I aspire to live in every moment, in spirit. Jodie My word for 2010 was 'health' and about midyear my health much improved. My word for 2011 is 'kind' and people who know me would say 'you are kind'. I am working on being kind to myself, to others when their actions may hurt me, and in my words when in disagreement with others. Thank you Braveheart community! I am enjoying growing here.

Hi Ellie, I like how you turned the thinking process around  Positive affirmations exactly what I intend to do for myself this yr. I must also say I agree with 2 of your choices for myself as well. 1) respecting my body 2) trusting the process and my additional 3rd) finding my self worth. Now don't misunderstand that third comment haha I know I have tons of worth haha I'm just trying to find my purpose in life that fulfills my heart and soul to a point that I feel completely and totally enlightened about who I am. I guess the real important word there is.. " fulfilled" Yeah thats it... Finding my purpose so I feel fulfilled. To cure my post traumatic stress! This too shall pass. & healing is a process. I am Grateful to know that the new year is January 22nd and from that date on I will be pranayama breathing and delegating every hour... Time Management like how I was in university. My 2011 Evolution: I provided myself with some time to define what I wanted to let go of, what I want to bring forward and what new experiences I want to have in 2011. I listed them out as follows: “So Long 2010” is a discarding list. (I burned this list on New Years Eve.) “Follow me into 2011” is a list of blessings to bring forward “Here I am 2011” is a list of things I want to experience. “Here I am 2011” I am moving forward in this new stage of life. I am clear about my purposes and I can articulate them with conviction. I am enjoying my blossoming in the My Vision and Me program. I have fun identifying, defining and developing my tribe. I am confidently and competently operating my new business. I love my life. I love myself. I have learned enough French to communicate my needs and to show I care. My brain is conditioned for all the new learning I will do. I am pleased to have taken some art classes, done some art work and have improved in my skills. I have danced often (ballroom and night club with my husband and belly dance with a tribe) I am witnessing my daughter’s recovery and progress. My body has adapted sensually and beautifully to this stage of life. I have many special moments with loved ones. My social life is in balance. I have had lovely trips. I have learned so much through the retreats and their instructors. I feel fit and I get out often and play. I enjoy being in the flow especially when I write and facilitate. I am connected to spirit and I operate from my higher self.

First I plan to share this of 'evolution' rather than resolution, with my sisters, women friends, and many coworkers. Out of the newly cindered ashes of divorce I am creating and recreating, inventing and reinventing, searching and finding my true SELF and listening and trusting SELF. One of my biggest goals this 2011 is to recognize those dysfunctional generational patterns and work on healing them. Best wishes to all those women out there who continue to challenge themselves and evolve. Elle R. Jones  in my evolution of 2011 i will definitly try to develop my intuition . Giving back is very important with a new charity to help haitian women being raped in camps after the earthquake. of january 2010 hopefully my new business venture will succeed happy 2011 Ingrid Hi Ellie I agree with you about focusing on our inner being. I really think life for teaching me so many lessons. Believe me when I say, "89% of them I opposed and stayed very frustrated in going through them." I understand and appreciate the beauty of them very much now. Nothing can compare to the Life of Universe that know us far more better than we know ourselves. My"EVOLUTION" I am going into an even deeper of my inner self, because I know now it is my true guidance. I will embrace life and apply with it. Just know that not my circumstances and test of trials will lead me on my right path, but only my Higher Being. Thank you Ellie for allowing us to have a space to share with You and our BHS.
