The word 'trust' is there, what are the subtleties of it? Particularly in relation to God, other people or your partner? Are you willing to be vulnerable to the actions of another? Is it about competence, belief, benevolence or pure honesty? The hormone oxytocin, when applied, invokes trust, a wonderful hug can invoke oxytocin, as does breastfeeding and childbirth! Trusting in life is loved by your kidneys and bladder!
Trust in the flow of the universe, when we trust that it is all in divine order, this allows us to align with our intention and for the universe to provide! So align yourself with that feeling of confident expectation and hope, learn how to flood your body with trust!
Values - This has to be the topic now, do you give value and does it really come in the number of bonuses you offer? I would prefer to be highly regarded and esteemed for the value that I offer, in the service that I provide for my clients. Having said that, I appreciate their appraisal, on my merit, relative worth and importance in their lives?
'Unconditional' as an emotion seems to connect with love. It comes in the fire element, which is mastery and realization. It is absolute, unqualified and not limited by conditions! How does your love rate in this department? Do yourself a favor and check in with yourself? Are you putting conditions on your partner and your family when it comes to love! Awareness of this will keep your heart ticking happily!
When you are 'certain' you just know absolutely. You are free from doubt, confident and sure. This is a feeling that our body loves, so become aware of this and really feel this certainty flood your body, especially for those organs in the metal element - the skin, colon, valves and lungs which enjoy this feeling!
Getting in touch with and feeling the emotions in your body will also bring into your awareness when you are feeling negative emotions, which are the ones that do the damage to our organs! By becoming emotionally intelligent you are doing your body a very big favor!!
What is important to you?
How may I help?
