You can Transform the Way You See Problems!

Destiny  is something you walk into gradually by facing a string of mundane problems and transforming them one by one from blockages to opportunities and guidance.  As you
address each problem from now on, be looking for the soul's motives. Your soul creates situations so you can learn from direct experience; it doesn't care about having money, for example, but about the experiences you create and the lessons you learn by having or not having money.  When you notice a problem and look inside yourself,  you'll see that  you've stopped your own energy flow.  Why?  Your soul is indicating something you haven't fully experienced or a place where you have a misperception about the way life works.  Most often, a problem is pointing your attention to an experience you need to have.  So instead of looking for a strategy or action that will change the problematic situation, try relaxing into the situation to see what your soul wants you to notice.

Nancy's high level of anxiety about asking her boss for more responsibility and money, for example, is really about her desire to leave the company and become an independent consultant.  Harry's irritation with the neighbors in his apartment complex, whose cigarette smoke comes into his bedroom, really pertains to his need to feel entitled to have his own home.  Joan's lingering bronchial infection is a way she can subliminally access her deep grief over the death of her husband.  By using their problems as stepping stones to new insights, these people can clear interferences to their soul expression and destiny.

When your mind stops on a problem, pay attention to the following things as you look for  a  solution:

1.   Reframe the problem so you see it as helpful.
By doing this, you take away the pressure caused by resistance and allow space for solutions to appear.  Also, see the problem first as a function of the soul, not just of the physical, emotional, and mental worlds.  Don't forget to center in your home frequency as  you begin contemplating the problem's inner dynamics.  This helps you find understanding much more quickly. I'll explain home frequency at the end of this blog.

2.  Your problem is really a question. The question helps you discover an experience your soul wants you to have  Instead of making your problem into a static statement, which locks in a reality you don't like-"I need a new car but can't afford it"-turn it into one or more questions that elicit insights about the experience your soul is trying to facilitate for you.  Questions create movement.  What experience will having a new car give me?  What inner lesson will I learn by experiencing the renewed feelings of safety, freedom, and power that a new car will provide?  What can I experience right now to be more confident about moving around more in the world and going to new places?

3.  Solve the problem internally in your imagination. You don't have to wait to get an actual car.  By imagining yourself driving a new car, feeling the power of acceleration, or the reliability of a new engine, or heightened self-esteem and pride, you're having the experience your soul wants you to have.  Especially if you use all your senses  while imagining, your body will recognize the experience as real.  Now you've empowered yourself to come into the soul's reality where positive character traits are normal, where you truly are free and entitled to feel good and abundant.  The experience of driving a new car in  your imagination helps you return to the feeling of what it is like to live your destiny.

4. Once you have the internal experience the problem was pointing to, the external physical problem may resolve quickly. In the case of getting a new car, once you feel the confident energy and desire to explore what a new car would facilitate for you, you might land a
high-paying freelance project that gives you the money you need to buy one, or a friend may decide to get a sports car and sell her sedan, and she'll
give it to you for a great price.  Then you  can ground the imaginary experience in physical reality and have completed a life lesson.

Sometimes problems are signs of a wrong direction, and as soon as you have the experience your soul wants you to have, the "symptom" disappears.  Maybe
your body starts aching and you think something is terribly wrong.  The doctor can't find anything.   If you relax into the problem,  you find that your body just wants to move
more.  Your start walking after dinner and the pain goes away.  The soul needed your body to be capable of transmitting more energy so you could reach your next level of growth, and this was the way it got your attention.

5. Problems indicate a "turn" of the wave and a new vibration that pertains to your destiny. Make sure you're seeing what the soul is trying to reveal.  Once  you give yourself the experience toward which the problem is pointing you, what new direction are  you facing? What  wants to happen next?  What's the soul's larger  intent?  How has solving this problem helped open you to new expanded possibilities?

6.  If many problems occur at once, there's usually just one underlying theme. There are times when snags pile up and problems seem to breed more problems. You might feel jinxed.  It's probably because there's a very big issue surfacing from your subconscious that you've resisted dealing with, and your soul is clearly telling you that it's time to take care of it.  Every escape route is blocked.  Even tiny things are going wrong.  It's a sign that the surfacing issue is highly out of tune with your home frequency.  Best not to try to solve everything, but stop and feel into the deeper tensions and questions.  What experience are you afraid you'll always have to live with?  What experience do you desperately want to have and to be normal?  Freeing up the core issue will often create a condition in which many problems are solved with one action.

7. Even very mundane problems contain your soul's guidance.  I have some glop on my printer's roller that's making white spots on my printouts.  The plants are too dry.  My computer just started turning itself off as I'm writing, and I discover the power source needs replacing.   Each one of these things is symbolic of something in me that my soul wants me to notice.  Is there an old way of perceiving that is blocking my ability to write more brilliantly.  Do I need to stop, rest, and rejuvenate so I can continue to do a good job?  My soul wants me to tend to these "problems" in a non-problematic way; I am to pay loving attention to each thing, to return it to its ideal state.  As I do, I remind myself of my own ideal state and reaffirm that I am living according to my destiny.

Yes, we see there are problems in the world.  But we believe in a universal force that, when activated by the human heart, has the power to make all things right.  Such is the divine authority of love; to renew the heart, renew the nations, and ultimately renew the world.  Marianne Williamson

You have an amazing vibration inside you - a resonance that conveys your soul's love, truth, abundance, and joy. It bubbles up from your tiny "quantum entities," waving out through your cells and tissues to fill the space around you. It's always there, and it remains dependably consistent. This is your home frequency, the vibration of your soul as it expresses through your body.
