Simple Approach to my Feel Foods Now Plan!

Hi everyone,
I wanted to remind you of my Feel Foods Now Plan just in case you missed the video!

This is a plan I created for a SIMPLE APPROACH to healthy eating. I looked for the common threads of many programs I have tried over the years and simplified it!

Ok, here it goes!
F- Flush 8 glasses of water a day!
E-Eliminate Salts & Sugars. There is way too much salt and sugar in any food that is processed. Try to stay away from them.
E-Exercise! I step it up and change it up when I am trying to lose lbs. Walk and weights instead of yoga and cardio and from 3 days a week to 5 days.
L-Labels! Read your labels! If you can't read it, don't eat it! Always check sodium, sugar and fat content.

F-Feel how food feels in your body. Your body won't lie to you! If it makes you lazy, crabby, bloated, gassy don't eat it.
O-One meal a week, eat what ever you want including dessert!
O-Out of Sight, Out of Mind. IF you don't buy it, you won't eat it.
D-Don't Diet. They do not work!
S-Satisy! Eat until your satisfied never full!

N-Natural Whole Foods. Grains, fruits and vegetables!
O-Organics! As much as you can buy!
W-Write it down. You will be surprised at what you eat and how much you eat when you write it down. Keep a food diary!
