Simple Approach to Getting More Greens in this Amazing Juice Recipe!

Hi Juice Lovers,
You all know I love juicing and I tried this one this week that I just had to share with you! It NOURISHED and CULTIVATED me right down to my little toes!

Ok, it's SIMPLE!

Juice 2 stalks fennel with leaves. (That's right, fennel) Have you ever tried fennel stir-fried with olive oil and salt & pepper? Delicious!
1 cucumber (refreshing)
1 green apple (sweetness)
1 handful of mint (I grow bunches in my herb garden)
1" chunk ginger-root (gives it a some pizazz)
1/2 or whole lime (make sure you peel it)

This was just so beautiful and it was so tasty!:-p Enjoy!

Starting your day with a healthy nourishing drink is the best!

We create a combination of a citrus fruit, avocado or cucumber, spinach or kale, pine nuts or almonds, some coconut oil, protein powder, and a touch of raw honey. Add ice cubes and mix together in your "juicer". Wonderful...and nutricious...:-D
