Hi Ellie thank you for leaving this message in Feb. I've been working on the various aspects of the roadtrip, and working through the planning and to-do lists which have certainly been a great force in pulling me forward. I've also spent a fair amount of time viewing your interviews with great women, and have been so inspired by their growth in life, evident in their wisdom and awesome attitude. Thank you for providing us with these tools that make a difference. I am writing from Cape Town, South Africa, from a small town near the southern point of the Cape, called Kommetjie. Means little bowl. We will be leaving from here, and navigating the coastline all along the South African Garden Route, as my 10 year old son Jordan is an avid surfer. Also to keep in mind is that we're entering winter here, and need to keep moving towards the warmer climate of the south coast, towards Durban in Kwazulu Natal. I still am looking to set up a webpage which tells people more about us, and the real reason behind it is to be able to send newsletters to my growing database, so that people can see where we are, and what we're doing, and where we're heading. This way they can send me an email of their favourite spots in the vicinity, so that it's current and applicable. So many people are already giving advice for places far away, that I was inspired to bring out this "tool" to simplify things, and at the same time receive "referral" advice and tips of things to do and go see and experience. Therefore bulk email is a necessity, and the blog is also great, for me to have international exposure and connectedness with like-minded inspired women in action.
