Day Three after my Hysterectomy.

Hello Sisters … Hope you are doing Fantastic and are having a Beautiful Week!

I wanted to share some things that I have done over the last 3 days that may assist you or your friends in the event that they are going through this same experience.

One… Release any emotions that may rise prior to your Surgery.
Two …. Lovingly accept the process .
Three… Trust
Four… Drink lots of water /Juice the week before and the week after!
Five …. Eat mild foods a couple of days before and after!
Six… Walk as often as possible but don’t over do… One step at a Time !
Seven .. Listen to only positive material
Eight… Have assistance !
Nine…Have a weeks worth of meals planned out.
Ten… Stay in big clothes and Relax.

I am feeling Surprisingly Good and Strong… Where the stitches are is still very tender and sore and it hurts to Laugh to hard but if this info can Help someone … Well I served the purpose well !
