Way to go, Lisa!!

It was good energy. The only thing I would change is, when making an affirmation always say it as IS not as it WILL be because than it will always "will be" So not I WILL affirm ( because always in the future I "will" sometime in the future) rather: I affirm that I AM - see it IS now... makes it SO so much more quickly... then if you want to be daring and face your fears and truly risk what to desire, you will set time aside every day to not only visualize exactly what you want as if it is here already, the perfect job, having total acceptance of your body, your beauty, the perfect mate, etc... but not only hear the sounds and smell the scents, yes that detailed, but FEEL the feelings! What does it FEEL like to be beautiful? What does it FEEL like in your perfect job? What does it feel like to be in love with the right person? etc....Whatever you wish is, make it real... feel it, live it, really get into it....then watch the magic happen and be willing to make it happen... I dare you You are sooo positive all the time. I read and follow you and Crystal and I see why you are friends....how do you stay so positive all the time....is it your friends? your lifestyle?
