Thanks for gift of the yummy recipe! Here's one for everyone, especially anyone who listened to David Wolfe's call with Radha. Many of the super foods he mentioned are used in this tasty treat! It is amazing that these brownies are so healthy when they taste so decadent! Raw Brownies Prepare all RAW Organic Ingredients in advance. Add into food processor using "S" blade in this order 2 cups Brazil nuts -- grind into a meal You can turn the food processor off if needed. Or continue to add ingredients without stopping. 2 1/4th cup Cacao powder ( if you use nibs, just grind finely) 2 tbs Maca powder if you are in cold climate 2 tbs green powder blend 2 tbs wild blue green algae 2 cups of Sweetener: raw honey or soaked (pitted) dates and date water. 1/4 cup coconut butter (softened) 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, vanilla powder, or vanilla bean 1/4 tsp salt your choice (Himalayan (pink) salt is best) Batter will become a wet ball in the food processor. You're almost done. 1 cup Goji Berries or any dried berry, raisin or currants. The Berries will soak up the excess moisture. Press into a Pan 9" x 12 " glass pan. - Refrigerate or freeze in airtight glass with lid. Will keep a very long time. Email me if you need any info on where to get the ingredients, or what to put in the green mix (if you are inspired to make your own).
