Hi Lisa, I had the most wonderful time this last weekend at Dr. Sugar Singleton's Women Retreat! It was such an amazing weekend, Dr. Sugar is so inspiring, a great speaker,very caring, and a great teacher. This was a life changing retreat. I loved all the wonderful women I met and all the staff were wonderful. I really enjoyed meeting you!!!!!! Wow! what a Amazing time, great people, great food, view of Rocky Mountains, great music, intense sessions that bring about results. We laughed, we cried, we danced, we sang, we experienced LIFE, what it is like to be braveheart women. We learned to love our life. I LOVE MY LIFE!!!!!!!! DR. SUGAR IS THE BEST!!!!!!! Joy

Dear Lisa, I am happy to hear that you received so much from the retreat. I suppose how could you not...a bunch of women together in Colorado....one of my favorite states.
