RELEASE ! Part one of many.

Hello BraveHeart Sisters,
I was sitting here thinking about my life … Where I am now compared to where I was before my first Release 4 years ago …
And as I wipe the tears from my cheeks I felt a compelling felling to share this story….

I met Dr Sugar when we were 21 years old; Dr.Sugar and her Mom and Sister visited the Salon I worked at and I began to do her Sister’s hair and we became friends.

One evening after I did Dr.Sugar’s Sisters hair @ the salon I drove her across a Main Street to the office were the parents business was and that’s when my life flashed before my eyes for the first time!.............................

As I moved from the median to cross the street a car hit my car at 40 mph on Dr. Sugar’s Sisters side Ahhh.
We came too at the same time and I remember blood was everywhere.
Dr.Sugars Mother came running out knocking on my window when I came too … We were both taken to the Hospital.

A couple of years later we were still hurting from that. We Lost contact with each other shortly after!

Fast forward from 1991-2005 we live in a city of 40,000 people you would think we would run into each other … Nope
Then one day in 2005 I met Dr.Sugar … We began working on a wellness project together and then
Dr. Sugar tell’s me she wants me to attend a Release.

I said NO thank you!

She gave me every option to attend,

and I said NO thank you!

Well if you know Dr. Sugar ……… I attended !

And that is when my life changed!

I am such a different person today because someone believed in ME !
