If your higher truth does not include God, then it is all hot air. God is the only higher truth. God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Hello Dr. Pamela, I just wanted to drop you a quick note to say thanks for the great 5 Step plan for decision making. When you demonstrated it at our event, I used it to help me decide whether or not to invest in a specifc health program. While my head kept trying to convince me that is was the "right" thing to do based on the scientific evidence, my gut was telling me that it was too extreme for me and I wouldn't be able to stick to it. That visceral message came through loud and clear once I quieted my brain chatter. I know you're busy taking care of many things right now. Dear Pegs2day, I'm so glad this resonates with you!  Becoming aware of what we feel on a visceral level within our bodies is so key for us as women to understand ourSelves. I believe that many of us have struggled making decisions for so long because we were trying to fit a square peg into a round hole... so to speak! Forcing ourSelves to be linear and logical when our HIgher Truth was that we were designed to be intuitive and creative in a non-linear way kept us out of alignment! Dear Barb, Thank you for you 'thoughtful' comments!  As women, it is most important that we start getting out of our heads and into our bellies! Daring to surrender to the truth we receive from there... our intuitive truth... the voice of the Divine within us... allows us to make the best decisions for our well-being as a gender... and as individuals. I do understand that being in a male-oriented competitive environment makes it most challenging to listen to our inner voice... but with practice, it can become the go-to way for all of us! While you're processing your decision to embrace a new way to make decisions, stay out of your head... unless, of course, you're in the 'clearing' step of the formula! Just watched "Step One" on the video. Love it, and can totally relate... This is a topic I always struggle with! So enjoying your input and new way of looking "Outside the Box"... Thank you Dr. Pamela... Dear Dr. Pamela, Thank you for sharing your wisdom in the video ... ... I sooo appreciate another POV ... Having spent most of my adult life in a highly competitive environment where I had to learn to make "head" decisions quickly or be rendered "irrelevant" ... I am most intrigued by your final step ...  ... Like all things new to my life experience, I will have to "sit" with your 5-step process and see what develops ... I CAN SEE how it could benefit the decision-making process ... ... A caveat I must assert at this point is that I know some of my more "mundane" colleagues would look askance at my even considering some of the things I am "forced" to consider offered by you and all our wise BHW Sisters on these Blogs ... ... I have always been extremely open-minded ... Most of my colleagues tend to be very narrowly focused when it comes to decision-making and thinking skills ...
