One of the BIGGEST things I see with everyone I work with, no matter what stage they’re at, is that the line between a Limit and an Obstacle becomes so blurred that they can no longer tell the difference. And what’s worse is that it results in
everything coming to a dramatic halt because they stop taking inspired action!
And in this time of fast, transformational change and opportunity, taking consistent, inspired action is KEY! So what do you need to know to
sore through this stumble point with confidence and grace….. First of all what’s the difference?
Let’s start with Limits…
- Limits are first and foremost
self created and self accepted! - They are self-limiting beliefs or fears that over time we
have allowed to be
manifested to appear and feel real. - They
require you to think and stay small because we often perceive them as absolute.
Remember, limits always come from within. And yes this is true even when someone else brings a ‘limit’ to your attention. If that same limiting belief or fear was not there to begin with, you would simply ignore it and keep going.
Obstacles…
- Obstacles or Challenges always
give us the experience we require to create our vision to it’s fullest potential.
- They are
ALWAYS about creating room to grow by requiring us to let go of something that’s no longer serving us.
- They require us to step outside our comfort zone and grow! To be creative and embrace and
express the best parts of our authentic self. Remember, the universe is always looking out to keep us ‘on track’. When it comes to obstacles despite their often scary outward appearance our best interest and a greater good are always it’s #1 intention. (The universe never does anything without a purpose)
Look around you for inspiration. There is not 1 story out there where someone overcame an obstacle who had a negative experience on the other side or did not receive something positive and of immense value from it.
As long as your stay true to your path, you’ll always succeed.
So when EXACTLY do the lines become blurred, and how to you shift it?
