Ah yes, truly beautiful Bell. I AM breathing it all in. Life truly is precious. Over the weekend, I fell flat on my back and hit my head on the ice. I seen an exploding bright white and was out for a few minutes. It felt as though my head split in two. I'm just beginning to relax now. And I too, AM allowing myself to be IN the moment and reflect on how TRULY life really is. Thank you for sharing your post. Peace and love, Margaret

I love this Bell. My granddaughter and I went walking yesterday morning and I had such a good time teaching her to how to breathe as we walked and we would stop and talk to the birds.
