Are You A Good Internet marketer?

How important is your team?
How good are you with leading your team towards success?
Are you a good Internet marketer?

I read something once that really made me think very seriously
about how important my team should be .
How many of you are so involved in getting leads and a big list, that you concentrate all your time doing that?
Probably most of you.
The reason being that we have been told over and over that success= leads. The more leads you have the best your chances to be successful.

Until recently, I too have been concentrating my efforts in getting traffic,and trying to get the best keywords and hoping to rank high with SEO.
During that time, I really never asked myself:
"Am I a good Internet Marketer?"

Then I read something that stopped me in my track.
The person was saying: Once you get your leads:
-What are you going to offer them?
-What is your plan to lead them in the right direction?
-Do you have a program all set up to coach them properly?

Then it made me think about what I had to offer, about what kind of feed back I would want to give them.
Am I a good enough Internet Marketer for them? Then I wondered if the people who would join my list would know about Internet Marketing for a start.
They may just have been excited with my offer, but are complete newbies. And in that case, what should I do with them, what type of coaching should I offer them?
Is my team important enough for me to want to see them succeed?

Are you a good Internet Marketer?
Think about it for a second. Are you the best person for them? If they are in your down-line will you be able to coach them? If you are a leader, people have to know that they can rely on you.
You have to be present. You can`t just have a list and let them figure out what to do. You have to take the pulse of your team. You need to know what they are doing.
You have to decide how important is your team to you and take action accordingly:
- Which level are they at?
- What kind of help they need to receive from you now,
- Which tools they should be using and
- Which advices should you be giving them

That`s how important a team should be and if you are a good Internet Marketer, you should know that.
They have to know that they can count on you, that you will be there to answer their questions. And if you don`t know the answer, you will go out of your way to find the solution for them.

You have to be in contact with your prospects. You don`t have to be afraid of making a phone call and asking questions such as :
-Is everything going well at the moment?
-Did you set up your goals for this month?
-Do you have a problem with .......
-And most important: Is there something I can do for you at the moment to help you go further ?
That`s what a good Internet marketer should do

If you have a team or if you are starting to build a list, make sure that you will be able to lead your team in the right direction. People are looking for a leader to follow, someone who will show them the road and be there for them when they have questions .

How important is your team for you? Think about it and be there for them.

Start today making a list of subjects your team might be interested in. Think about which interrogations they might come up with, and be ready to be a great coach because your list is important, your list is everything, this is where it starts.

That` s how we differentiate a good Internet Marketer from a lousy one.
Don`t make the mistake to forget it.
