Who will be your best prospect? Which one can become a winner?
When starting to recruit, no one can predict who will become a winner and who won`t. After looking and reading about other Internet Marketers`s experiences, they all come down to the same conclusion.
Often,the least obvious one will end up being your best prospect
and the best leader of your company.
No one should ever predict who, among their teammates, who will become the best prospect. I have heard stories of team members,all excited about bringing in a new distributor.
That distributor happened to have a list of 75 people, and for sure, he will "become the winner".
Unfortunately for that distributor, no one join him in this new company and not too long after that, that "up-coming star" just disappear with excuses such as: they were supposed to follow me or they should have followed me reasons.
However the complete opposite can happen too. You may have a distributor who is very good at recruitment.
And every one think that he is well on his way to "become a winner".
But he forgets one important thing: His teammates
He does what he is supposed to do as far as getting people in his team, but unfortunately after bringing them in,he doesn`t follow up with them. He is not giving them the tools, and support they were expected to get.
What do you think happens? Those new prospects get frustrated from the lack of training and support they are getting, and they leave the company. What a waste that is.
They will eventually join an other company and with good support from their sponsor, might become first in sales, in recruiting and become the best winners and leaders of their company.
You also can have a situation where a person on your team is not performing very much. But she or he, on the other hand, may have recruited one person in their down-line and that person is so good, and performs so well that,the money keeps flowing in because of her or he. No one can predict how good a distributor will become, how good he or she will perform and "become a winner".
To sum up, no one can decide who will be successful and who will crash, right at the beginning. With that in mind, it is very tricky and very challenging to determine who will "become a winner" versus who will simply become a "passing by". The best way to go about it is to simply assume that everyone can become a winner.
If you start discriminating from the beginning, you might end up, letting go the best prospect you could have ever had just because "you" assumed he would not be right one.
If you personally know some people you are thinking about recruiting, don`t ever assume that because of their current status or because of their professional level, they won`t be interested in joining you.
All you have to do is ask them to join in your business. These people could be interested in having an extra income, and could become great winners.
Inside everyone of us, there is a dream. That dream might have been suppressed or is just dormant and is just waiting to be awaken .You could be that person who will bring it to life. No one knows what the other person in front of us is going through.You might just end up being there at the right moment.
You could be the person that will empower them in believing in themselves and finally make the steps they always wanted to take and were afraid to.Everyone of us secretly,would love to become a winner, don`t forget that..
Don`t be scared to go out there and presenting your opportunity. All you have to do is to let them decide for themselves,what is best in their present situation ,and if they have that desire to move forward or not.
Once the door is open, you have no idea about: who you are letting come in and the potential they might have.
They might be bringing massive success not only for them but for you as well.
To see and to know that because of you they experience the life they always wanted and the dreams they always had, should be enough to bring joy into your life.
So don`t discriminated anyone, everyone can "become a winner".
