No matter what course we sail, or where it takes us, we've always managed to remain friends in the truest sense of the word...my hand will always be there for you, as yours is for me... Luv ya You don't need to disect a thing. The piece is beautiful. I enjoyed reading it again. Now it's time for me to thank you, my friend, for lifting me up. I appreciate your friendship more than you may know.
You and I have sailed so many stormy seas together. We've become quite the accomplished sailors haven't we. Thank you, my friend. Peace and blessings. Phoenix Rising Writers' Corner Thanks dear friend, sometimes life throws you into that deep dark, and the words just come and must be allowed to live in whatever form they choose to take. Course the editor in me wants to dissect every line...but I resist and just hit POST! Don't know how I missed your comment, so sry but I didn't see it till I was reviewing my older Blogs. Yes that is a picture I took of Tabi....you know your adopted niece very well LOL Wow! Great piece! Your use of symbolism and metaphor brought this piece to life. I'm so happy to see you getting back into the depths of your creativity. And what a way to start--with a beautiful tribute to friendship.
And . . . that picture has a familiar feel to it. Could that be beautiful Ms. Tabi? The picture, the words, everything fits together perfectly. I'll bet no one on this site knows what a wonderfully gifted photographer you are. Secrets out now, my dear friend. Peace, blessings, and much love. Phoenix Rising Writers' Corner
