Dear Heartbeat ~Jean, This blog is very inspiring. I have energy work done weekly and do practice daily at home. I am encouraged by your work and by your own healing that you have gone on to do great things and never have given up. These women that have commented have shared books that i will have to go out and get to add to my own recovery books. Anatomy of the Spirit , The Seven Stages of Power and Healing by Caroline Myss, Ph.D I have Women's Strength Training Anatomy book and BIOKINETIC EXERCISES book a guide to Realigning your body naturally. Also the Touch for Life book. I would not be able to keep moving with out the work that i have been doing to keep balanced. Not taking any narcotic's has helped my mind and my body also. Eating properly helps too. The Energy work that my doctor does weekly has kept me stable. I know i have a lot of work ahead but i am alive and willing to put forth the effort for my own healing. What time do we meet next Friday? I have the book Anatomy of the Spirit by C. Myss also. LazerSpirit Caroline Myss is an amazing author. I just finished reading a wonderful book of hers that you might enjoy. I happened to find it at Hastings on a "used book - pass it on" shelf. It's called Anatomy of the Spirit - The Seven Stages of Power and Healing by Caroline Myss, Ph.D. I also feel called to make changes in my life along these lines, and this just really speaks to my soul.
