I'm a positive person and follow through with most every area where I really value self dicipline......exceptin one area. I consistently fail. what I do then, is to try again tomorrow, and forgive myself, then try all over again the next day. I have improved greatly over the past 3 years, but some things are a real struggle. You can care or you can be the "Queen of Denile" Once you stop the denial your struggle may begin, but I'm ready for the fight. Rita Holly, what a wonderful blog! I don't remember who said "Discipline is remembering what you really want." It helps to focus on the positive of what I want, like health and vitality, rather than what I don't (flab), but what I really want is that feeling of "I can," empowerment.
