A thought provoking post. Thank you. I have never been attracted to door number one, but as much as I understand about creative problem solving, I hadn't looked at it in quite this way. This way creates very clear directional signs, and decision making is easier. One can weigh the importance of the conflict and check out what opportunities may lie behind door number three.
