my absence: General: BraveHeart Women

Hi Ladies, so sorry I have been absent for a while.I have been ill with my fibro. and even went into card.arrest with my heart stopping this past weekend.One thing I realize even more is that we need to cherish every moment we have.We need to love ourselves and others.I hope everyone is well.I am so looking forward to Spring.We have had so much snow here on the east coast.I live in the Shenandoah Valley of VA. one week-end we received 30 inches of snow and the next 10 more with the total of 40 inches making life cold and sad.So we have to dig even deeper within to find peace and Joy...God Bless All-Karen Sue

It sounds like Virginia is very similar to my birthplace in Canada...wow, that's alotta snow!
Thank you for taking the time to let us know that you are "here to talk about it" after a very traumatic event. I am glad to hear that you are better. It is important to appreciate every breath that we are granted because one day for sure it will be our last. You are important too, Karen Sue, so writing and letting us know that you are ok does my heart good.
