Can you believe your body all the time?

I am in danger of losing my life!..or am I?

Feelings are rife.

Heartbeat is so fast.

Something of a light panting breath is starting..

Sounds are magnified.

I am warm.

I am cold.

I am startled by bright.

Am I sweating now?

Is my mouth drying?

WHAT'S HAPPENING?

Oh....

It's CHANGE!

Hello BraveHeart Sisters..how many of you have been experiencing , any or all of the above 'symptoms'?

Fantastic!

No change, no growth, no life.

Isn't it interesting how many of the above noted body sensations can fit into many different scenes?

To name a few - fear, terror,anticipation,sex, joy,birth.
How can such common sensations have such polar "applications" ?

I guess that is the human condition.
Under it all we do have choice,
our greatest gift.
We can interpret a life occurrence as fear and go still and silent or we can don reality glasses and see it as the change it is and use the body's energy and the hormones produced to move through it gracefully to our new level.

So if you are packing and wrapping things for storage and forward address unknown instead of wrapping seasonal gifts and baking cookies or you are attending the funeral of a loved one or you don't have your old job to go to in January 2010, or you are getting married-look at it for what is : CHANGE.

Take as many deep vagus breaths as you need, set a new plan, stick to the plan and SMILE, after all you don't want to go to your future without any endorphins!

It is a seaon of joy and renewal no matter what is going on in your own life.
Make it good for you!

Hi Kate!
The only thing constant in life is change. We do not evolve if we do not change!

Next time don't scare us like that either my dear]:)

I love you and am looking forward to the journey with you!

Dear Kate,

Great post. You have a creative imagination!. I agree with you, if there is no change, there is no growth.
Many people, however are afraid of change because they are comfortable with the known. I always try to embrace change. have been through many changes in my life.

I enjoyed reading this quote by Adam R. Gwizdala, “Everything in life changes you in some way; even the smallest things. If you do not accept these changes you do not accept yourself. For through these changes bring new and greater things to you, making you wiser, as time progresses. To avoid these changes is a loss. You only live your life once. Do not waste a minute of it avoiding things. Let them come to you, and learn from them. There is always tomorrow.”

Hey Katesmiles:), Scared me there for a minute, Ms.K... in Heaven where we all strive for, there is no change. No change, no difference, no opposite, no variation -- no growth. "If it's green it grows. If it's ripe it rots", is an expression. Is it not so that growth is the natural condition of time and that ripening is the condition of growth.
"You do not belong in time. Your place is only in eternity, where God Himself placed you forever." ACIM Love, to you my sister and all my sisters. Peace and Love, E

Kate, you had me worried for a few, I was about to advise you to call 911. My mom recently past and those are symptoms of COPD and CHF she would have. I have a photo of her in my photos. This is the first Christmas without her. Change does bring many feelings, symptoms all designed to move us to a different place, hopefully to grow.
Wishing you a joyous holiday season and lots of smiles as you change and increase your life!
