Hello fellow Brave-Hearters, Bloggers and Blog Readers-

I so admire the tireless efforts of all of you who are blogging regularly. It definitely is not simple.

I did not expect to feel 'undone' by the simple act of 'speaking my truth' . Mind you, 'undone' is metaphoric. It's more like being naked with clothes on that you did not know you owned.
[yes, a conundrum !]

It became very scary to see the number of views and comments and separate emails with praise. There were only 5 simple thoughts that were verbalized in text. All positively accepted..... I simply could not process this, nor could I place it anywhere in my 'armamentarium' [my tools for social functioning- not the true definition].

Ellie says in one of her affirmations.: "I am, that I am." I guess this is all an effect of RELEASE..'cause that is really how it feels and I am not even trying to rationalize how that quoted statement feels GOOD! ..and THAT feels even more 'undoing'.

I had so much fun with writing these previous blogs, that I had an unguarded brief uncomfortable glimpse of me doing something in the future that has nothing to do with anything I know or have learned or can do. I was having a blast!
That is an unravelling feeling!

Could it be I am discovering a passion?

So I promptly did something about all those 'growth issues"...I shut down. I stopped listening to the affirmations, I stopped writing all with 'excuses' at every turn...

Guess WHAT?
It was more UNcomfortable not speaking/being my truth, than it was to burrow in and hold still as I always have done

Also, I did not count on hearing Ellie's voice murmuring parts of varying affirmations at times,as I kept recalling a line from Lord Byron's poem , "The Waltz" -

"Thy breast if bare enough, requires no shield."

Above in my two photos is a 'before' and a 'during' of my journey in 'speaking my truth with clarity'.

If any of this resonates with you on what your next direction or choice is..I reccomend keep working if you are post-RELEASE, or P L E A S E Make the choice to attend a RELEASE Event as soon as you humanly can!
