Taking Responsibility for our Reality. Interview with Joe Vitale

Kathy, So grateful to see others using the Ho'oponopono method. I've shared Mabel Katz as well as Joe's books and audios on Ho'oponopono for just over a year now. I also use Centerpointe's program and my last two levels have both been all Ho'oponopono "affirmations". it is more effective, I've found than many of the other programs I have used over the last almost 40 years. Mabel recommends in her audio sessions to "ride only one horse" and I've tried that with great effect using this method. I go to sleep at night saying "Devine, please forgive me, I'm so sorry, Thank you, I love you. The beauty is it doesn't matter what order you use the four statements in. They still work!!! Ohinayan Tanny Thank you for sharing the link for the Ho'oponopono meditation. I have never heard of this before but really enjoyed it. Be the Light Pam Rijuta, Yes! the breathing part seems to be integral to the effectiveness. I found that also to be true for EFT. With Love and Light! Kathy Thank you Debra! I found Joe Vitale's story inspiring enough for me to take action! Finding tools that do that is thrilling.....like the women finding this community, when the student is ready, the teacher appears (and, I have to add...vice verse) Love and Light, Kathy Christine, Thank you and you're right about all the tools out there! Sifting and sorting can be challenging and fun! When something rings true, it's divine, or, Divine!< /p> Onward! Kathy So many tools are becoming available to us. This week there is an EFTWorld Summit and many other leaders making known what a few mystics have been using for decades and centuries. how exciting to watch this awakening! Thank you for sharing this! Christine Hiebel passion parent community Kathy, if it is anything like the last awesome video, I know to dive right in and take a comfortable chair because I will be in for a treat and some fantastic info. Thanks for the additional information.

Kathy, the Ho'oponopono meditation was surprisingly effective! The effectiveness of the meditation for me was in part, to follow his instructions regarding the breath. It is important to continue to inhale slowly and deeply until he says, 'breathe out'; however, there should be absolutely no strain!
