Leap of Faith!: General: BraveHeart Women

What does it take for us to recognize how limitless we really are? Unfortunately, we have created stories that we tell ourselves that make us believe that we can only do so much... This past weekend, I facilitated an empowerment workshop for women by taking them to a challenge course in Mt. Gretna, PA. One of the high challenges was called the "Leap of Faith." Initially, the women thought there was no way that they could climb 30 feet, walk out on a 6 inch wide platform, and jump off to try to ring a bell which hung on the cable. But with the encouragement and support of the group, the participants went far beyond their expectations. Finding support and encouragement makes all the difference in the world. Then we need to get out of our own way and just do it! You are doing fabulous work with the women you are showing by example how we can live a more successful life together sharing our strengths and wisdom, challenging them to go that extra inch to see just how much courage they possess within.

I admire your work and value our friendship and sisterhood so very much you are truly being inspiration in action, teaching them to value their own strengths within. What a wonderful teacher you are. Always showing by example how to grow with ease and comfort. You make it fun to be alive.

Thank you Lisa! It is very exciting to watch the women challenge themselves during this workshop. They end up doing things they never thought possible! In the end, they learn that with the support and encouragement of the group, we can do most anything!

That was awesome how Gladys was hesitant they went for it and was so excited by the time she got to the bottom, then she wanted to do it again. I could feel her energy and how powerful it surged. Thank you for sharing this with us and yes it is a Leap of Faith each day as we set out and just do what we were brought here to do. You are doing great work and I see it in how your women are getting stronger in just an instant you give them that freedom to grow. You are truly being inspiration in action my dear sister.

Love the new card of the day too. My beliefs are strong and I am grateful for them.

I love that, I am new to Braveheart Women, just signed up today. I am not sure if I am navigating the site very well, but I found you and this spoke to me, I do not even know all the ways I keep myself from doing the things I most want to do, nor do I know how to start or should I say stop doing that to myself. I do not even know how to get where I want to go, or if I can. Hoping that Braveheart can inspire me and teach me how to pull myself out of the limited rut I am in.
