I forgot to tell my daughter who said she would have loved to have done it because I know she already teaches her children about using electricity unnecessary and about being wasteful. Carl & I enjoy watching the ever-changing colors of the lights on the Empire State Building. Tonight... BLACK along with the other buildings. Witnessing that alone gave me chills imagining what the rest of the world looked like from up above. And, it's still dark... guess NYC decided to go the extra mile! It was so much fun.... We made a fire and sat around it and sang.... Right at 8:30 p.m., I came out and screamed: "Turn off the lights...It's Earth Hour"!!!!!   Fun and Meaningful.... Love, Ellie
