Aloha from Hawaii. It was my privelege to be there when BraveHeart Women Global Community was born. In this limited space, I am hard pressed to convey just how much this community has contributed to my life. I have met and become friends with some very extraordinary women, from all over the world. I feel that I am part of something much bigger than myself, and that together we will influence a significant Shift In the Mindset of Humanity... away from conflict...toward co-operation. I am excited to my core about what millions of women can accomplish together! Continuing on our path of global influence, BraveHeart Women's Core Inner Circle will allow me, and all of you to participate at a higher level and accomplish even more. Truly one of the life-changing moments in my life happened the day I met Ellie Drake many years ago - was it 2005? I can remember sitting in a big auditorium in Las Vegas Nevada. She was the last speaker and my husband was ready to go. We had tickets for a show and we had to get on our way and then this beautiful dynamic inspirational woman stepped on the stage and opened her mouth and BAM I have never been the same since. Needless to say we missed the show - - - I remember after she was done, I tracked her down and said "ELLIE DRAKE - I know there are 7,000 other people here today in this auditorium but you were sent here to talk to me" and the rest as they say is history.

My life, my vision, my purpose, everything has come into perfect alignment.

And yes Linda I too have difficulty putting into words just how much this community has contributed to my life. The women here have become more than just my friends - they are my sisters. This is a place of peace, of hope, of joy, of love, of awareness, and of course a place of INSPIRATION!

I will address your ps first: The vast majority of the time, the weather here is very desirable, and Yes, we experience bad weather!

This week we had a 5.0 earthquake! Happily, it was centered in Kilauea Volcano, which is sparsely populated - so there was no substantial property damage, and no injury or loss of life We did rock and roll for a minute - which felt like days!

This past year, the Big Island has been plagued by intense "Vog" or volcanic fog, which is caused by continual SO2 (sulfuric dioxide) emission from Hale MauMau vent - which has literally caused some people with respiratory challenges to move away. The primary complaint is gray skies.

We do have storms, which on occasion are Yee Ha. The threat is real enough for me to spend an extra $800.00 a year on Hurricaine insurance. My best friend had her roof taken off by an exceptionally rare tornado in 04!
Most houses are equipped with water and canned food and some have generators to weather a storm.

There have been devastating Tsunamis here, and every school child can tell you what to do if you are in an inundation area and the civil defense horn blows.

AND, The vast majority of the time, we enjoy perfect weather!

Temps in the mid 70's and sunshine and trade winds. The air smells like flowers and caresses your skin!
