Linda, You look absolutely gorgeous. I always saw you as gorgeous, now your body matches your spirit and joyful eyes. Aloha Amazing Amy! *humbly*, "Thank You" I did it with EASE and Isagenix. It truly did get easier and easier. Very good nutrition, combined with cleansing toxins from my cells allowed my body to do what it is HARD -WIRED to do - bring itself to a state of wellness The happy side effect of that is coming to your correct weight. " About this time, a year ago, you and I and Hilary and the rest of the Infomercial panelist were having our Sunday night preparation call. You may remember this. Hilary commented that she could now truly love herself without lamenting that she was not a size 6, and I interjected "For those of us who will never see a size 6 again (chuckle) " And Ellie Drake, said, simply: "Of course Linda, you know that if you decide to be a size 6, you will be" *SHIFT* Ellie Drake BELIEVES I can do this! I KNOW that Ellie is very wise. I KNOW that Ellie is genuine. That was the beginning Amy. I was already attempting to release weight, and having some success. I mean, I had seen myself in the New Orleans videos that Robin Buckley made available and I had a bowling ball body. I was horror stricken at the sight of myself. I knew that the infomercial was somewhere I wanted to make a very positive contribution... and not be a sight gag. After that it was the Perfect Storm of support, belief, nutrition, cleansing, and ....EASE. I have worn a bracelet that reads: "It Is Easier Done Than Said" everyday for over two years -I wore one completely through and Linda Holden sent me another. For two years, I have worn a reminder that doing something does not require struggle, and I do not have to know every step at the outset - I just have to take the first step and trust that the next step will reveal itself. I have a close friend here ( well, now she is in Kentucky...) who kept feeding me the clothing that she could no longer wear as she was releasing about 49 pounds. There was an evening when she stopped by and left a bag of her discards. She was in a rush, and just dropped them off and left. When she was gone, I sat on my living room floor and cried like a baby, because there were size 12 jeans that I knew, she knew I would wear.... Her belief and example were huge factors in my success. Heartfelt thanks goes to Andrea. I also cried when it was time to pass those jeans along because they had become too large. It has been a journey and an adventure... It is to be a Bestseller entitled "MY JOURNEY TO THANK YOU" I will send you an autographed copy. Absolutely Anything Is Possible Let it be fun... I can not bring this epic to an end without telling you how inspired I am by your energy and your "work". You are phenomenal in what you have created, and your ability to make others believe their lives can be vital and full and rewarding. Yep! Size 2! From Size 22 one year ago  Those capris were from a thrift store ( I'm in need of a new wardrobe on a budget!) I did not trust that tag - so I went to Macy's specifically to see if their size 2s would fit - and they did!! I could button them, zip them, sit and breathe ! All at the same time!! Are you having a nice summertime?The first Broadway Show that I opened was "Me And My Girl" and the second act opener was a delightful musical number entitled 'The Sun Has Got His Hat On" The designer hastened to explain that this was a real cause for celebration, as English summers averaged 2 days of sunshine a year! I hope for your sake was was exaggerating!! I have been to London 4 times - all in January! Definitely no sun then - and what fun I had!! Love you! Linda

Aloha Phebe Amazingly, the cleansing and replenishment system that I am using will bring you to your healthy weight! Since, in this country anyway, most of the population is looking to be smaller, a great deal of the attention goes to the amazing side effect of weight loss.
