Aloha Ole' Hedy! I am very happy that you saw and appreciated this clip. I have revisited it many times without tiring of it.... It is as if I have been seeking this clear, down to earth, pants on one leg at a time, idea of divine genius for a lifetime.... I have long felt that true enlightened thoughts emerge in the absence of judgment and scrutiny...when we Allow them..... they come. And the sequel to Trait Secrets is coming WHEN??? I know that it is in the works! ( For those who are not aware, Hedy Bookin-Weiner has co-authored a book entitled TRAIT Secrets, which she was kind enough to send to me last year! It is a delightful, romp through the world of "winning together when you don't think alike" and I benefited enormously by reading it! After all, "Normal is what I am...") Much love, Linda

TED is "TED (Technology, Entertainment, Design) - an invitation-only event where the world's leading thinkers and doers gather to find inspiration." Speakers get 18 minutes! 18! See them at www.ted.com My burning question is "HOW DO I GET MYSELF INVITED?" I love the way she addresses that whole "tortured artist" aspect, and the choice she makes to [Let It Be Fun! With humor and that extraordinary Liz Gilbert (GROCERIES) touch, she makes exploring the reasons for drinking gin at 9:00 AM after a mega, world-shaking success a venture into the world history of the creative process .... If you have not experienced the sheer delight of "Eat, Pray Love" I encourage you to get it and devour it! I promise you will progress through ravenous, to seeking, and on to embracing a warm personal, sexy relationship..... and then eagerly awaiting the next Gilbert book! I wanted to house this within Let It Be Fun, AND was challenged in the upload. And we know there are no accidents, so maybe many more will view it here. Ole'!, my very dear friend! Ole, LInda for your inspired posts! Thanks so much for that! It's a more delightful and better explanation of what my mentor once said to me, "A real professional can turn out good quality work whether he's inspired or not." When I feel inspired, it's so much more fun, and it does feel as if it comes to me. Elizabeth's perspective is much more helpful than wondering why I can't feel that way right now. Instead, I'll just wait to see if the universe needs me as I do my part. Hedy
