3 Positive Daily Practices

Connect With Your Spirit
Spending time connecting with your Source should be a high priority everyday. Spending some time in prayer or meditation can help reduce stress, worry, and will also help you feel more energized through out your day. Read a spiritually up lifting book, go for a walk outside, or spend at least five minutes a day connecting with your breath. You may find you get your best ideas and receive solutions to problems during this time.

Create Your Day
Instead of worrying about tomorrow focus on creating your tomorrow. Every night before you go to bed visualize the next day. Start from the time you wake up to the time you go to bed. If you know you have to go to the store visualize short check out lines, and all your favorite items are on sale. Get creative and enjoy this fun process. If visualizing is difficult for you then write it down. You may be surprised that when you practice this every day life seems to flow with greater ease. If you prefer you can also do this first thing in the morning to start your day.

Daily Accolades

Instead of beating yourself up for all the mistakes you made through out your day, try patting yourself on the back for what you did right. At the end of your day before you go to bed grab a notebook and write down at least five things you right. If you can come up with more that is even better. This exercise helps shift your energy and your thinking to a more positive place. Not only will you feel better, but I bet you sleep better too.

Hi Christina,

Fantastic blog!!!!!! I needed to be reminded just how important these three things are to daily living...and the human spirit. I truly need to do them daily. I was just telling another BHS that I use to practice meditation daily but fell away from it just due to lifes ups and downs etc.. So it was no coincidence I made my way to reading your blog <smile> I think it was just another AHA moment saying... to me.. "Ok ..get with it..how many signs do you need haha "
