Be Grateful For What You Have

Posted Apr 18, 2009 04:43 AM
To be grateful and to appreciate is a key factor in building up your life the way you want to be.

Even when you feel nothing to be grateful for there is always something in your life that you can and should be really grateful for, it can be so small, just find it and be grateful for it. It can be our health, it can be being a member of this community, it can be our experiences, bad and good, bad experiences make you grow, make you stronger so they are neccessary also. Let's be grateful for them also and move on.

When we start to appreciate what we have now, things begin to move, slowly, but we move on toward who we want to be .

When we start this exercise every day, we begin to feel this feeling of being grateful from the bottom of our heart and we become much happier every day, it just happens. Start the day with this exercise, give your appreciations for what ever you have now in your life and your happiness will just grow.

There is a system, there is a law in the Universe, we just need to play the game right to become what we desire to be.

I would not start a day without expressing my gratefulness for so many things. I have learned that it really make the difference.

Hi Margaret
Welcome to BraveHeart Women Global Community. Thank you for all your great blogging. I found the parasite blog very interesting and a cause for me to go hmmm. As a physician, I am very interested in learning alternative ways of healing - thank you for sharing your thoughts.

Great thoughts on gratitude. What a wonderful way to start the day. I like to take the time to write down or at least think about 5 things I am grateful for in my life before I leave the house each day.

And each night as I kiss my babies good night I talk with them about things that we are grateful for in our life.

My Brave Heart Sister Rijuta Tooker has a great blog about doing a gratitude journal that is definitely worth reading!

Thanks for your thoughts and thanks for blogging! This is a site where we can all learn so much from each other.

To Your Total Wellness,
Dr. Sugar
