Our Friends are the Family we Chose for ourselves...

On one of the BraveHeart Women TV episodes, Rolanda Watts quoted Bill Cosby “Show me your friends, and I'll show you your future.”

So, after I looked around at my 5 closest friends, I asked myself... Who exactly are my friends. I was serendipitously surprised looking at the 5 closest people to me! All my friends happen to be very kind, humanitarian and creative.
They are movers and shakers, mostly all of them make lots of money, professionals or still in university. And they are all are doing the things they love. Sweet.

One of my friends wrote as his status. Worked at never ever never would i do that! (busy at all times) This was written by a self made millionaire who doesn't feel like his work is really work.
YES! Living life and loving it... He is Successful, Makes Millions and Travels around the world doing the things he loves...DJ'ing..
No I don't know if I would love doing that every weekend....but whatever floats your boat.

This was very important for me to see and realize because I decided to relocate to Montreal. HA! I don't know a single soul... But, I will be successful...I know and feel this now, because I use to be a mover and shaker back home..And So Are All My Friends!! Woo Hoo!!!!!!
So, I can do this again.

This week it's all about thinking about the things that didn't work...So, I'm choosing my to focus my new years goals. I feel it's important to recognize & take inventory of the people surrounding self, and those who have been there for me. Do they align with where I am going?

I make my new years resolution on January 22nd because I'm Cherokee Indian we indigenous peoples follow the moons cycle.

I'm grateful for my friends. And I recognize, the people I surround myself with is a direct reflection of myself.
Woo Hoo!!! Like always attracts like, so I'm looking forward to an amazingly creative and profitable 2011, to realize increase in my life & those around me!
