Tonight I am interviewing Mena Gagné and I am totally excited! I really struggled through my teen age years! I struggled with how to deal with sexually aggressive boys, to the pressure to look like every other beauty, to wanting to play sports (very frowned upon and not supported by the Mormon politics in the town I grew up in. It was a time I struggled with adult choices and seeking my independence. I was fortunate to have strong women in my life, but I think it would have made a huge impact on my community to have a Mena Gagné talking enmasse to the youth about leadership, authenticity, and being real.

Mena Gange' is a Leadership / Relationship / Team Coach who is passionate about working with today’s youth (aged 12 – 19), as well as with committed leaders and teams within organizations.
Her company has a strong Mission statement!
OUR MISSION: To empower young women to be who they REALLY are and to become authentic leaders of their lives.
DARE TO BE REAL focuses on the importance and impact of
AUTHENTICITY. With a high level of curiosity, we explore what lies beyond the surface in order to:
* reveal more truth
* establish, build or rebuild connection
* increase levels of trust, collaboration and self-esteem
We use all of our experience, training and passion to help youth, leaders and teams break through limiting barriers and work with them to accomplish their personal and professional goals. We also help you experience how being real can strengthen EVERY relationship you have, as well as make you a more effective leader – regardless of your role or position in life.
