nazeelah, Thank you! I agree with you and am honored you bring your experience to the discussion. I would love to have more and more of these conversations within the Passion Parent Community. I invite each of you to join me there and start discussions there. The blogs are great, but they fall off within the day. We can really maintain some of these powerful discussion eaily accessible within the community. I would love for you to help me breath life into that intention!!!! Help me with the discussions and bringing other moms to the community. We can really grow a supportive, informative and dynamic community which is so necessary for parents in today's world. Our children are at risk out there in the world and that is why communities such as Brave Heart Women must say No! with them and for them. Our children today are here for a specific mission and that mission is to reject the current limited structuring of education and parenting. They are a new wave of change and they fight daily to be who they are. In my counseling practice I have found it to be true also that parenting always have a huge affect on the children's behavior. Most mothers work these days and this causes the children to not get the nurturing and compassion that these new kids need on a greater scale most times. I am happy that this was posted because it needs our attention. Thanks you all for bringing it to our attention. Ruza and Grazyna, I could not agree more about the fact that the children are perfect, they do not have the hang up coming into this world. Acting out is a message to the parents about what they are taking in from the environment around them. I have a radio show where I interview experts from various aspects of parenting. Almost all of them, when asked how to begin to deal approach their children's behavior say to start with the parent first. Clearing the parents issues almost always clears the behavior in the child. Clearing the issues of the parents will all the child to clear. If not, working on or drugging the child almost never works. Thank you for this wonderful discussion. Thank YOU, you made my day today! and like Grazyna clearly portrays in her comment: "The children themselves are usually not the root of the problems", we parents are the ones who are to show them that the world is a wonderful and safe place to dwell, we are to feed them healthy loving thoughts, and teach them how to do magic for themselves. much Love, Ruža Dear Christine, I don't live in USA, but "If", I will not agree with my children being screen. I believe that the parents are the one who knows and care the best for their children emotional health. The children themselves are usually not the root of the problems and I don't see why they should be medicated. What the children really need, it is a healthy emotionally environment at home and in school. In my opinion, we should focus more on creating that kind of environment for them, instead of enforcing "magic pills", which-in most cases- doesn't work anyway. Hi Christine, thank you for sharing this info, this is really horrible. I am a mum of three children and would never let anyone screen my kids no matter what. I am a parent not easily scared and these are only ways of how the state or anyone for that matter would want to manipulate with people's minds. I believe that all parents know deep down in their hearts what's in the best interest of their children and that they feel what is the right decision to make. Thank you again, Ruža
