Congratulations for raising such a wise young lady ... ... Sometimes, in this too materialistic world, people DO lose focus on what IS truly important ... CORE VALUES are what truly guide us ... We can be truly wealthy regardless of the size of our portfolios ... What matters is not how we "compare," but HOW WE LIVE ... IF we strive to live "authentically," then ... it matters not how we "compare" in a materialistic sense, but how we "compare" in a "spiritual" sense ... And, for those who "buy into" my mind set, then "comparing" has no real place at the table ...  ... WE and our personal and unique potentials are the only meaningful benchmarks ... IF we learn to "compare" ourselves to the people we CAN BE, and not to others and who they are, then ... in my humble opinion, we have arrived at that "more perfect" model ... where true happiness, success ... and yes, wealth CAN BE achieved by ALL who try ... who try hard ... If I ever retire, I will be in a better position to say what I have observed of the human condition as it relates to "wealth," but until that time ... I shall remain muzzled as regards those particular observations ...  ... Wishing you and your daughters many blessings as you continue to enjoy your journeys of discovery ... ...
