Having a positive attitude in life

Pat Welcome to BraveHeart Women. Thanks so much for blogging! This is a wonderful community of purpose driven women. A fabulous site where we can all learn SO much from AND be inspired by each other! I loved your recommendation about turning a negative thought into a positive one - - good stuff The most important tip I could add is if negative thoughts come - release them and let them go quickly and do not dwell on them or allow them to lead you throughout your day. What we think about we bring about so the more we can come from a place of positivity and optimism - the more we will attract abundance into our lives! I look forward to connecting with you on the site! To Your Total Wellness, Dr. Sugar Hi all, To be able to protect yourself from negativity especially when working with people or even at a dinner party I have found that by imagining yourself in a bubble, protects you from people who take your energy and make you feel drained. Hi Pat, How true! I've heard it takes 6 positive statements to make up for each negative one that is said!!! Much easier to speak positive ones right away!!! I'm trying hard to be more of a listener instead of "talker" - -it's amazing how hard it is to "just listen" without making comments! A good exercise!! Looking forward to more blogs from you! Sue Thanks Pat, Very good advice, capture the negative, let it go, and turn it into something positive!! Thanks for your inspiration and welcome to braveheart. Do not let anyone steal your joy!!!!! Stay positive, and dont let the negative vampires drain your energy!!!! JOY It's good to have you in the community Pat. I would be enthused to sit down and watch myself for a day. It would make a real realty show. Deborah Akridge (Deja) http:/ Hello Pat... A great tip... to listen to yourself and create awareness of your thoughts. Thanks for the "eye opener". Welcome to BraveHeart Women ...and to sharing your inspired energy on the blogs in our women online community. Here you will connect with the positive energy of other empowered women who are taking inspired action. Quote from Dr Norman Vincent Peale: "Optimism is positive thinking lighted up." Look forward to hearing more... Linda Kay Holden New Beginnings community
