2010 Day 12: My VOICE, an AHA Moment

Today as I was reading Ellie Drakes lesson in Ease card about VOICE I had a very wonderful AHA Moment. Clarity shone brilliantly for a short while. Yet long enough for that understanding at a much greater depth.

Here is what the VOICE card says:
To own ones voice is to own ones true power. The origin of this power is self-esteem. The origin of self-esteem is trust in the power that created us.
To own my VOICE, to unleash the the sound of my spirit, to communicate the energy of my deeper self, means that I am always singing my song, the unique song of my being-ness. When that quality emerges others who listen will be inspired to sing theirs.

While I have been questioning why do I write stories, and poems, the answer came to me as I was reflecting on this card. A big AHA! The answer: So that I may inspire others to write, to sing their song. It is by owning my VOICE and singing my song that I may assist others to sing and Release their own VOICES. It is a matter of "Honoring My Truth", and "Honoring MY Purpose". "AWAKENING to my FREE SPIRIT".

My vision is now clearer. My voice stronger and louder. While I remain humble to my GIFT.
