Processes of the Mind

You know I truly believe we need to release those things that we have stored that really do us no good. But, they are part of the lessons we have learned, File them away accordingly and don't let them interfere with moving forward. Also, memories sneak up on us at the strangest times, Fragrances, odors, a song, are all things that can open that file cabinet and release a memory. We are amazing creatures. We just need to learn our own power over our thoughts,. Thanks, Dawn How do you attend release and where is it? I think about this daily, I realized some time ago that our thoughts come from our conditioning. We were taught so many things as children and we never questioned them as we got older. We need to see wheteher what we were taught is true for us now and if it is great and if it is not , then we need to make some changes in our mindset. thoughts bring about things which bring about action whether positive or negative. Hey Becky, Great question: "Do you ever stop and think about what your thinking about?" I have tried many times to "think about" what I am thinking about and it doesn't work for me. Then I tried to be "aware" of how what I am thinking about affects me. OK, then what? Now I have a simple process (for me at least) of saying "YES" or "NO" to what is going on in the mind but more importantly what is going on in my body. If I FEEL a "Yes", all is 'ok'. If I FEEL a "No" then I throw that thought/feeling out - Release it - Let it go ~ ~ ~ Thank you for helping me to be clear on my process. Keep your questions coming!!! Enjoying your light-wisdom. Your BraveHeart sister-friend, love, Rijuta Creative Concentration Community My Green Eyed Sister You said it all ... sometimes my friends remind me of something and I don't remember and other times I wonder why I think about the things I do think about. Just like you said .. We have released what doesn't serve us any longer and that makes room for what does! Love ya Beck ! Eye Affirm Lisa I would love to attend a Rise event and plan on it in 2011. But for right now I use my journal to release my emotions and clean up my thoughts. Take care, Michelle http:/ "The answer is simple, I have cleared out a bunch of space in my mind to allow for new thoughts and in the process of cleaning I have trashed out some old stuff and now am finding all these other thoughts and memories hanging around looking for some place to be stored, either let go or put away for later use. Keeping what I feel will serve me best and releasing the rest." - Rebecca ... Dear Becky, Thank you for sharing ... I'd like to pose a question to the statement you make above ... While I do get the gist of what you are saying and understand the core truth and logic to it all, I have to wonder ... how you might reconcile that thought with the knowledge that science tells us we ALL use only a small fraction of our brains ... We ALL have the capability to store sooo much more than any of us appear to store ... This is a question I pose out of curiosity as I continue to explore my thoughts on the matter ... With much gratitude, great respect, love, and many blessings ... Aloha pume hana, Barb P.S. LOL! ... Dearest Becky, Of course I treasure my Release Experience....but I have to laugh As he aged... I guess it was in his mid 70's...when ever some one started to tell him something...he would stop them and ask, "Do I need to know this? Because you know...I only have room for so much and I don't want to forget anything that's really important"! Guess it makes more sense to me now! w/Gratitude, Anne I am looking forward to attending RELEASE! In fact, I can't wait! I can see how powerful and transformative this experience will be! I would encourage everyone to set an intention to give this gift to yourself! Love Cory Clay! http:/ I have not attended Release yet. This year I really need to do that for myself! Lin Hi Becky, WOW....you are so right! It's so incredible how an "old" thought or memory will pop up at times. I love your idea of "cleaning and housekeeping"... always a good idea to re-organize and re-evaluate our priorities and goals. Yes, attending the RELEASE experience is the most effective way to clear out those cellular memories and make space for the new experience and lessons. In Gratitude...
