Your Emotional and Action Journey Must Be Aligned For Success To Occur.

Action journey and emotional journey were words ringing in my head, as I was driving around.

One day, while waiting in traffic, I came to understand that we all travel in life on two roads simultaneously - the visual for me was two paths one on top of the other.

So how does this tie in with the success we want?

Knowing our desired results, we will lay out the plan and the actions we need to get there.

While taking action, we may be consciously and closely paying attention to the emotions that the actions or thoughts of the actions bring up - or perhaps you are the type who ignores your internal emotional guidance system?

If while taking the action you take hold of your thoughts and direct them positively in order to feel good - being present in the moment - you will surely have better overall results.

Have you ever noticed that when you are not consciously choosing to focus your thoughts on the desired end, and that you actually let your feelings be dictated by what your five physical senses are picking up, you always feel out of control?

In fact, by letting current circumstances and appearances dictate your feelings you will have no deliberate control over your life experience. You will be creating your life by default.

Are you starting to see that this principle of emotional journey applies to everything in life - small or large; whether it is cooking dinner or signing a big contract?

I have come to realize that emotions though largely invisible are in fact the larger piece of the life puzzle. Your feelings are a greater factor in determining your results than any other physical action factor.

If you can learn to direct your thoughts continuously to the better feeling place, then you will not have to struggle so much to achieve the success you want.

On the other hand, if you choose to ignore your feelings and do not consciously uplift them and work through them, you will frequently find yourself in situations where you are forcing actions in order to move forward. Doing so will cause much anxiety, irritation, and needless struggle. I certainly didn't sign up for that!

Aligning the action journey with the emotional journey in order to deliberately create our life experience is certainly worth the effort, in order to achieve our desired success.
