Wonderful post Lynette.It's absolutely true,a bad habit becomes comfortable.I am working on going to bed early,by midnight.As you can see,that I have some work to do.My problem is,that as the night progresses I get more energy. I won't give up though. Hi Lynette, You stated; "the important thing to remember is that we can change any habit if we make a commitment to it." I think this is the step that most good intentions are lacking. Making the commitment to change and getting the support that will assist you in keeping that commitment is the key.
