Hi Audie, Thanks for the taking the time to provide your feedback. It is a great reminder about the breath because I have also used that as well. Lindsay Wagner discusses different techniques on how to quiet our minds. She made an interesting point about not trying to stop the chatter in your mind because you will develop a resistance and that will just make it stronger because it is trying to fight back. Bring yourself back to focus on your breath This is something you can think about which will quiet your mind and keep you in the present moment. In yoga, this is one of the goals to tame the 'monkey mind'. You are right it gets better with practice and the benefits are tremendous. Audie
