Ritual Divas - Are Your Thoughts and Actions Aligned?
Dear Lynette, Being a do-er, I always thought I could eek by with all my doing.....and that once I got there my thoughts would change and I would feel better. Despite my negative "out of align" thinking, I have accomplished some of what I set out to....very limited. More importantly, I have found that we never get "there" and so the time to feel better is now....in the process....on the journey.....because the journey continues way past the destination points along the way. While I may be able to achieve a margin of what I set out to.....what is it if not fun and rewarding along the way..??? I love you and thank you for your continued inspiring posts! Love Debra The Honor Your TruthCommunity Aloha Lynnette This rings so true within me. That lack of alignment - or, congruency, is certainly an ongoing nemesis of mine. I frequently find that my attention gets divided in several directions, because I am unclear about what it is I am really trying to accomplish. Then comes frustration and exasperation! The step I so often neglect is examining the areas of focus that most require my attention, and committing to them as priority. Like you, when I make that a part of starting my day, life is so much sweeter! Thanks for the great post - It is nice to know I am not the only one who has this challenge! Linda LET IT BE FUN ! . Hello Barbara It's great to hear from you! Yes, being in alignment in thought and actions certainly includes simplifying. When I align the thoughts, the expectations and the actions - I am less scattered, and more grounded. It also means that I am Being more and also letting go of worry and anxiety. We frequently think of simplifying first as a physical concrete thing... yet simplifying our thoughts, and cleaning up our emotions goes a very long way in the physical manifestation of what we desire. Thank you again for the wonderful question. Enjoy your day! Cheers to manifesting more Joy, Success and Abundance! Lynette Ritual Divas Community Dear Lynette, Quote, "make sure my thoughts and my expectations are aligned with my actions".... for more effective results. Does part of that process include 'simplifying' ? I find that the most important ingredient to all of life. Simplification is the foundation from which everything else sprouts and grows into beautiful results.... like a fresh spring daffodil. Barbara Filla Thrifty is Nifty Community
