To all my wonderful new friends thank you You are all so loving and kind and that is what we women need. I am working my way through my book and one hour i believe in myself and the next i am thinking why am I reliving my life. It is painful and yet empowering to look at my dark days write about my feeling and know that looking back these dark days were my greatest gifts. I read recently that life is about choices and if your life seems dark it is just that you are standing in your shadow.. if you could just turn around you would be facing the sun and the world would seem brighter... I wish i had of heard that 20 yrs ago. We are in such a wonderful time of enlightment now, there is access to all the books and CD's that inspire and uplift you. how blessed we all are. I wish you all a bright sunny day. Roslyn x
