Will I bother someone, What if I fail, what if I succeed?

Aloha Rebecca, You are so right, fear is almost always mentally created and driven. Awareness that we are in fear is also clarity. Once we realize this we can begin to explore and learn more about the fear. Together we will grow in clarity, Radha HI Radha As I read your title it made me think about so what if I fail, have I really failed or have I gained wisdom, knowledge and experience from my "failure"? We often have fear for no real good reason. Most fear is self manifested....unless we are in real danger of injury or death...fear is in our own creation. Of course we all experience fear and the "clarity" comes when we are "aware" of why we have the fear and look for ways of "clarity". Rebecca Hofeldt Horse Lovers - Free Spirit Aloha Debra, Your clarity allows you to know that all your fears have two sides, it could not be any other way. Any thought that arises from our limited mind will be dualistic, unlike the awareness that arises from our intuition which is based in "knowing". Together we will grow in clarity, Radha Aloha Debroah, You have touched on a most important "clarity snap", the "crockpot" is made of those blocks that are melting away. Our mind often judges the content and ourselves for what's in the pot. Patience and trust will give the needed cooking time and the transformation that will result will be delightful. Together we will grow in clarity, Radha Aloha Angeliis, I always find the idea of "fear of the unknown" interesting because under that fear is a scary story which each of us need to get clarity on. Even if the story is about lose of control, because we don't know what will happen. The truth is we never know what is going to happen, we make believe we do so we don't have to understand what we are afraid of. I agree acceptance is a life's work. It is often easier to accept what we like about ourselves rather than what we don't like. This is conditional acceptance, not true acceptance. To truly accept myself includes all of the parts of myself, my limitations as well as my capacities. Transformation happens when I embrace all of me. Together we will grow in clarity, Radha Dearest Radha, Fear of being told I'm crazy or stupid....coupled with the flip.....fear of succeeding. The interesting thing I have noticed about my fears is that I have the yin and yang of them all. I always have the equal and opposite fear. HMMM! and I don't know quite why. I have an idea that my mind or heart are arguing sometimes. Thank you for all of your inspiring thought provoking posts! Love Debra The Honor Your TruthCommunity Fear is dissolving in the "crockpot" one ounce at a time.

Well...I think FEAR is definitely a culprit for many. Myself included. The fear of the unknown is usually what holds most back. Once fear is faced and if a positive result is achieved then one feels confident and excited and reassured. Acceptance is another biggy. I think ALL humans like to feel accepted. There are just some of us who are content with accepting ourselves by "knowing who we are" and being confident in that fact and don't let others views affect us. but that is not easy for all to do. To answer some of your questions above.. Who would I be etc.. I would be MEEEEEEEEE haha with a little more spice haha..I would ditch fear, insecurity and the feeling of being ashamed if I make a blunder.. However I do think we experience those particular feelings because they teach us something and help us to grow..so sometimes it is necessary to experince. I would walk confidently, dress any way I wanted ..haha whatever fit the mood or desire at the time..and I would relate very lovingly, compassionate and accepting of others...with some boundries if they affected me negatively but would never treat them mean or cruel. What would I do differently? I would not allow others to hold me back from achieving my goals or fully being true to who I am. But I also think thats part of lifes journey..Is to figure out who you are along the way...and life experiences teach us just that. Angeliis
