I'm Radha Conrad, the founder of the Sisterhood of Clarity. If you could receive any gift this holiday season what would you choose?

Clarity shows us the most precious gift we can give ourselves this season is the gift of compassion.

Clarity shows us that when we give ourselves compassion for our limitations, they begin to dissolve.

Clarity also shows us that when we give ourselves compassion we are being our own best friend.

Clarity also shows us that often we treat ourselves as our worst enemy when we make an error or fall short of our expectations.

Now, let’s do the Clarification Process to get the Clarity Snaps you need to treat yourselves with compassion.

Sit in a comfortable upright position, close your eyes, relax your face and your shoulders and listen to the sound of seven in breaths and seven out breaths.

Bring the following question inside as you listen to the sound of your breathing.

How do I normally treat myself when I make a mistake or fall short of my expectations and how does this make me feel? Trust your first answer.

Now, let’s do the Clarification Process again to get the Clarity Snaps you need to treat yourselves with compassion. Sit in a comfortable upright position, close your eyes, relax your face and your shoulders and listen to the sound of seven in breaths and seven out breaths.

Bring the following question inside as you listen to the sound of your breathing.

How would I feel if I treated myself with kindness and compassion when I make a mistake or fall short of my expectations and how does this make me feel?

Be open to experiment giving yourself the gift of compassion rather than self-judgments when you fall short of your expectations.

It is never too soon to dissolve the blocks that get in our way. Together we are growing in clarity.

Happy Holidays, Radha

Best of the Season to you Radha. You are terrific.

You give meaning to motivational quotes, like "We can let circumstances rule us, or we can take charge and rule our lives from within." — Earl Nightingale

Aloha Çindy,

How great to know you are always evolving. May we all live our lives evolving and becoming more of who we truly are.

Aloha Ariadne,

The vibration of compassion and loving kindness is filled with joy and care.

I wish you many blessings, Radha
Aloha Langford,

Being kind to our fellow man/woman is so vital. Most important, in my experience is to remember to include ourselves. ;)

Aloha, Radha
I love this quote by the Dalai Lama:
If you want others to be happy, practice compassion. If you want to be happy, practice compassion.

Life presents many mirrored reflections of our own suffering. We have only to give compassionately to others to feel the reverberation of compassion coming back to us.
Wonderful gift to give yourself each day. I love this exercise. One of my daily practices is to embrace compassion with others and myself. I am used to being very hard on myself and always cutting myself down for behavior I felt was unacceptable.

We are all human's having an human experience and the more we are aware and able to use the tools that allow us to move into a more lovely space, we are able to blossom and embrace compassion and love.

I am ever evolving and being aware is the first step.

At least for me. thank you Radha for the wonderful gift.

Thank you Radha; for your excellent self-check exercise gift can be effective even in our busy deadline driven world where we are at times, often out of necessity, always hurrying to reach a result and move on to the next.

In thinking about it now, I cannot imagine why not to be kind and compassion and understanding when something or someone needs more attention, albeit may be at times merely an eagerness to fine tune, I see your point.

Let the holiday season bring you happiness, and the benefits of living a good life bring you abundant joy too.

Aloha

Aloha Sherris,
You are so right, it is so effortless to give compassion to others when you give it to yourself first.;)

Blessings to you and happy holidays, Radha
Aloha Sanamouse,
I would love to hear how you are impacted as you practice self compassion. I feel it is a gift that keeps on giving.:-x
Here's to clarity, Radha
Aloha Monica,
Compassion is a gateway to peace, love and joy, of course that includes humor.
Blessings of compassion to you, Radha
As I have learned from yo Radha, compassion truly begins with self acceptance and non judgment. When I cease judging myself I can offer myself kindness. When I accept where I am without judgment and offer myself kindness, I can do the same for others.

Dear Radha,

Thank you for your reminder about self compassion. This is a relatively new state for me to resonate with as I used to be very hard on myself. These days, I catch myself more quickly and gently love myself in the moment and BOY...does it feel good!
Those who are gentle and compassionate with themselves seem to be more radiant. I wonder if compassion is the gateway to humor and taking things lightly?

Love to you, Monica
