Do You Hold Onto Negative Attitudes And Beliefs?
Aloha Victoria, I appreciate how challenging letting go of negativity can be. I encourage you to join Sisterhood of Clarity and click on Topics their you will find many videos teaching and supporting you to learn how to do this with ease and clarity. Together we are growing in clarity, Radha I I have been giving this some thought, clarity, and I wonder how to achieve it. I do hold onto negativity, and did not realize it until I saw this site! What a wake up call, I really do need to learn how to let go of hurt feelings, and all the bad things that play over and over again in my head! It would be wonderful to learn how to rethink those negative feelings, and let go! Thank you for this insightful message. Hoping to learn more as time goes on. Victoria Aloha Langford, Having fun and laughing are two of the most empowering ways we shift our energy. Here's to clarity, Radha "If you open your mind to the impossible, sometimes you find the truth!" - Walter Bishop (Fringe) Sheila, I thought about NJ's comment when reading, today. She describes an exciting turning point. With such great new found realization, energy could be put toward developing a stand for something others might not have the brass to stand for, or raise money helping homeless kids, possibly learning to become an entrepreneur, a leader, or get a job (or another job). Honestly, " taking a stand to fight, you’ll be ridiculed for - it’s something people will judge you for - even when you’re trying to do something great." On a lighter note, learning new ways to have fun can be remarkably effective. Take a deep breath NJ and let us know where you arrive. -- Edited by Langford at Feb 3, 2011 1:40 PM EST Aloha Jan, I am glad you find value in Clarity, since for me it is the foundation of all we create. Here's to clarity, Radha Aloha Risa, Thank you for your kind and generous thoughts. Living my passion and purpose gives me great joy. Together we are growing in Clarity, Radha Aloha Nancy, Self-acceptance is always the key to clarity. Here's to clarity, Radha My problem is that I've just recently gotten in touch with the fact that I have been passive all my life, and have been unaware of people who were actually working against me. Now that I am aware of their actions, and since they are still in my life and continue to do things that I now realize are working against me, I am actually resistant, though that is not my usual stance, to even wanting to forgive them. I DO judge their behavior as selfish and self serving, and now look at them as being actual "enemies" so to speak. Since life is a learning process, I'm not sure I don't just believe that this is "where I'm at" and I'm actually trying not to judge MYSELF right now, and others can just wait for my non judgment - do you see what I mean? I don't know that I want help on this, but I think I'm simply making a statement of process being important. We can't just "jump" into non judgment until we have processed all the steps, perhaps. Radha, Thank you for this wise and eloquent communication about removing blocks and increasing clarity. I also very much appreciated and enjoyed your clarity telesummit. Your clarity and generosity are inspirational to me and I am grateful for you sharing your gifts and glad that you are here. Love and Light, Risa No; I prefer to learn from them and move on. With clarity, and time we can explore and emerge, learn and earn, give and share. -- Edited by Langford at Feb 2, 2011 4:27 PM EST -- Edited by Langford at Feb 2, 2011 5:09 PM EST
